Super High Purity Aluminum – 5N (99.999%), 5N5 (99.9995%), and 6N (99.9999%) is produced by refining 4N aluminum and removing the impurities to produce extremely pure metal for high-tech applications such as electronics, sputtering targets, vacuum evaporation coating, research, as well as other applications where purities and conductivity are critical.
